We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Description of Services

Desert Roots Wellness provides personal development coaching, wellness programs, and digital educational products, including but not limited to:

• One-on-one coaching sessions (60–90 minutes)
• The 30 Day Reset self-paced digital course
• Digital toolkits (Daily Authenticity Starter Kit, Boundary Starter Pack, Clarity Kit)
• Free 30-Minute Clarity Calls
• Premium On-Call Support Line (for eligible clients)
• Group coaching, masterminds, and workshops (as available)

All services are educational and informational in nature. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

By using our website and services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when booking, purchasing, or registering.
• Use our services for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes only.
• Treat all Desert Roots Wellness team members, coaches, and fellow participants with respect.
• Not reproduce, distribute, or share any proprietary content, course materials, or session recordings without express written permission.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the functionality of our website.

Violation of these responsibilities may result in immediate termination of access to our services without refund.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio, course materials, frameworks, toolkits, and downloadable resources — is the intellectual property of Desert Roots Wellness and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any of our content without prior written consent. Purchasing a product or enrolling in a program grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the materials for your own development only.

5. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

Payment: All fees are due at the time of booking or purchase unless a payment plan is explicitly offered. We accept payments via our approved payment processors (including Klarna and PayPal).

Cancellation & Rescheduling: Cancellations or reschedules made more than 24 hours before a scheduled session incur no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will forfeit the full session fee. No-shows are charged the full session fee.

Refunds: Completed coaching sessions are non-refundable. Coaching packages are non-refundable once initiated; exceptions may be considered for documented emergencies at Desert Roots Wellness's sole discretion. Digital products (including the 30 Day Reset) are non-refundable for non-completion. If you complete all 30 days of the 30 Day Reset and feel no shift, we will work with you personally at no additional cost — that is our guarantee.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

Desert Roots Wellness provides coaching, educational content, and wellness resources for personal growth purposes. Our services are not a replacement for licensed therapy, medical treatment, legal counsel, or financial advice.

Results vary based on individual effort, commitment, and circumstances. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from any program, session, or product.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Desert Roots Wellness, its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, services, or products — including but not limited to loss of income, emotional distress, or reliance on information provided.

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website, programs, or services at any time and without prior notice if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms of Service or engaged in conduct that is harmful, disruptive, or inconsistent with our values.

Upon termination, your right to use our services and access any purchased materials ceases immediately. No refund will be issued for terminations resulting from a violation of these terms.

Desert Roots Wellness does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules, with the location and jurisdiction determined by Desert Roots Wellness.
