12-Week Founder Transition · $8,500 · Small Cohort
Fire Yourself
You check your phone before your feet hit the floor.
Not because something went wrong. Because something might have. And you're the only one who would know what to do about it.
That's not dedication. That's a trap you built yourself.
Apply for the Next CohortWhat's Actually Happening
You've tried delegation. It created more work. You've tried systems. You still didn't trust them. You've taken the vacation — you just didn't actually go.
Here's what nobody says out loud: the problem isn't your team. It isn't your processes. It's that somewhere along the way, being needed became the thing that made you feel valuable. And now you can't let go without it feeling like losing something.
"I don't even check my email anymore because I need to. I check it because not checking feels like something I'm not allowed to do."
That's not an operations problem.
That's an identity problem wearing an operations problem's clothes.
Delegation without the internal work is just a to-do list you hand to someone else while staying responsible for all of it. That's why every other attempt at this has failed you — not because you did it wrong, but because nobody went after the root.
Sound Familiar?
You're the ceiling on your own company's growth.
Every decision runs through you — even the ones that shouldn't
You can't take a week off without your phone attached to your hand
Your team asks questions they should already know the answers to
You've tried delegation. It lasted about two weeks.
You love what you built. You resent how it consumes you.
You've been meaning to step back for more than a year
Why We Built This
Before Desert Roots Wellness had a name, we were both the person everything ran through.
Tyler navigated a family business where stepping back felt like betrayal — where every push for change came back as a question about whether he was committed enough, loyal enough, grateful enough. I spent over a decade in corporate leadership convinced that if I stopped being the one holding it all together, it would fall apart — and so would my reason for being there.
We didn't build this program from a textbook. We built it because we needed it first and it didn't exist.
Every piece of this framework has been tested on ourselves before we offered it to anyone else. We know what it costs to stay indispensable. We know what it takes to get out. And we know that handing someone an org chart without addressing why they can't let go is why every other attempt at this has failed.
That's not a selling point. It's just how we work.
What a Different Tuesday Looks Like
Not a vision board. Just a Tuesday.
You send a two-word Slack reply and your team handles the rest.
Someone pulls the context before a client call — without being asked.
You eat lunch away from your desk. Not because you planned a self-care day. Because there's nothing pulling you back to the screen.
Your business is running. You're just not running it from the middle of every single thing anymore.
That's it. That's the goal. It's less dramatic than it sounds and harder to build than it looks.
What Fire Yourself Actually Is
A 12-week, small-cohort program.
Done-with-you. Not done-for-you.
This is not a course you buy and watch when you find the time. It's a live engagement — Samka and Tyler, your actual business, real accountability. The cohort is kept small intentionally. When it fills, it closes.
Weekly Small-Group Coaching Calls
We work through the identity and trust patterns first, the operational systems second. In that order. The other way around doesn't hold.
Done-With-You Systems Audit
We go into your actual business and find exactly where you're holding on unnecessarily. Not in theory — in your calendar, your inbox, your team structure.
Operations Autonomy Toolkit
Handover protocols, decision-making frameworks, team communication guidelines. Built for your specific situation, not a generic template.
One-on-One Audits at Week 4 and Week 10
A check-in on what's changed, what's holding, and what still needs work before you finish.
Private Cohort Space
A small group of founders in the same season. The kind of peer accountability that doesn't exist in a mastermind where everyone's performing.
Also Included
Delegation Without Drama
Scripts for the hard conversations when you start shifting what belongs to you and what belongs to your team.
Building a Sustainable Founder Salary
A guest masterclass on treating yourself like you'd treat anyone else on payroll.
The Emergency Off-Grid Playbook
A step-by-step checklist so your business stays functional for 14 days without a single input from you.
The Investment
$8,500
Here's the honest math: if you're spending 20 hours a week on work that belongs to someone else, and your time as the person running this business is worth $150 an hour — that's $3,000 a week. Every week.
That's not a metaphor. That's a number.
This program pays for itself in recovered time before the 12 weeks are over. And it keeps paying after.
The Guarantee
Complete the program, attend the calls, implement the work we build together. If at the end you feel no meaningful progress toward the goals you set at the start, we provide two additional coaching sessions at no charge — scheduled within 30 days of completion. We're in the business of actual change, not collecting fees. Results vary and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed, but our commitment to showing up for you doesn't stop when the clock does.
This Is For You If
- You're a founder, consultant, or agency owner who is the primary bottleneck in your own growth
- You've tried delegation and watched it fail
- You've been meaning to step back for more than a year
- You're ready to treat getting out of this pattern as the serious intervention it actually is
This Is Not For You If
- You need operational triage right now — this is transformation work, not crisis management
- You're looking for a framework you can implement without doing the inner work first
- You want someone to fix the business while you stay exactly as you are
